March 30, 2026 – TightVNC for Windows 2.8.87 Released
TightVNC version 2.8.87 for Windows has been released. This update improves operation in
environments with multiple simultaneous RDP sessions, increases maximum supported screen size, and
fixes several bugs. One of the fixed bugs could potentially allow an authenticated user to cause a denial-of-service condition. Although the risk is low, we highly encourage all users to upgrade to this latest
version.

December 24, 2025 – MightyViewer 1.4.12 – Final Chance for High-Volume Licenses
We are proud to announce the release of MightyViewer version 1.4.12. This update introduces a new
full-screen Monitoring mode and Dark Mode, and includes additional usability improvements and bug
fixes.

application, and made a few breaking changes in WPF RemoteDesktopControl and Core extensions.
