(“FS-ISAC”), and HEALTH-ISAC, Inc. (“H-ISAC”) have sued Defendants Denis Malikov and John Does 1-2 associated with the domains listed in the\r\ndocuments set forth herein. Plaintiffs allege that Defendants have violated Federal and state law by hosting\r\na cybercriminal operation through these domains, causing unlawful intrusion into Plaintiffs customers’ and\r\nmember organizations’ computers and computing devices; and intellectual property violations to the injury\r\nof Plaintiffs and Plaintiffs’ customers and member organizations. Plaintiffs seek a preliminary injunction\r\ndirecting the domain registrars and registries associated with these domains to take all steps necessary to\r\nhttps://noticeofpleadings.com/zloader/\r\nPage 1 of 2\n\ndisable access to and operation of these domains to ensure that changes or access to the domains cannot be\r\nmade absent a court order and that all content and material associated with these domains are to be\r\nisolated and preserved pending resolution of the dispute.
